In the weaving process of fiberglass cloth, paraffin is introduced into the yarn as a lubricant to ensure smoothness. However, for products requiring coatings like neoprene or silicone rubber, paraffin can impede adhesion. Our solution is a high sintering process that effectively dewaxes the cloth, resulting in a golden hue with area weights ranging from 48g/m2 to 1000g/m2.

12. Fiberglass Mica Fabric
Crafted from delicate roving of 6tex, 12tex, or 22tex, our fiberglass mica fabric is celebrated for its excellent electrical insulation, exceptional tensile strength, and outstanding compatibility with resins.
