Storage
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and moistureproof area. Room temperature and humidity should always be maintained at 15°C - 35°C, 35% - 65% respectively.
Best used within 12 months after production date. Fiberglass products should remain in their original packaging until just prior to use.
Package
Each spray up roving roll covering by shrinkage membrane or drawing membrane, then placed into cardboard box or set on pallet.Each pallet can stack 48 or 64 rolls .
each roll weight is 15~18kg.
It is can increasing roll weight according to customer requirements. Pallet stack shall no be higher than 2 layers, cardboard box shall no be higher than 5 layers
Fiberglass Direct Roving Description
Fiberglass Direct Roving is a continuous bundle of fibres consisting of multiple strands of glass fibre yarns. It is drawn directly through a special die (e.g. 2000 or 4000 holes) where the glass fibre strands are rapidly cooled at high temperatures and bundled into yarns. Direct glass fibre yarns are characterised by high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation and heat resistance, with high strength enabling them to withstand large external forces, corrosion resistance giving them good resistance to acids, alkalis and other chemicals, excellent electrical insulation enabling them to be used in electrical applications, and heat resistance enabling them to be used in higher temperature environments. Glass fibre direct yarns are widely used in many fields and are a very important glass fibre product.
