Product Description

Carbon fiber cloth is also known as carbon fiber cloth, carbon fiber cloth, carbon fiber braided cloth, carbon fiber prepreg cloth, carbon fiber reinforced cloth, carbon fiber fabric, carbon fiber tape, carbon fiber sheet (prepreg cloth), etc. Carbon fiber reinforced fabric is a one-way carbon fiber reinforced product, usually made of 12K carbon fiber silk. 

Available in two thicknesses: 0.111mm (200g) and 0.167mm (300g). Various widths: 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 500mm and other special widths required by the project.

 

Carbon fiber cloth is used for tensile, shear and seismic reinforcement of structural members. This material is used together with supporting impregnated adhesive to form carbon fiber composite material, which can form a complete carbon fiber sheet reinforcement system. It is suitable for dealing with building load increase, engineering function change, material aging, concrete strength grade lower than the design value, structural crack treatment, harsh environment service component repair, protection reinforcement engineering.

This product has below features:
1. Light weight, easy to construct, and little increasing the weight on constructed based material.
2. Soft, free to cut, is suitable for a variety of shapes structutes and have close adhesion with reinforced concrete surface. 
3. The thickness is small, so it is easy to overlap.
4. High tensile strength, high flexibility and have the same effect as to use steel plate reinforcement.
5. Anti-acide and alkali, corrosion resistance and can be used in any harsh environment. 
6. The supporting epoxy resin impregnated adhesive have good permeability, the construction is simple and time required is short. 
7. Non-toxic, non-irritating odor, living still in construction. 
8. Carbon fiber sheet has high tensile strength, which is equivalent 10-15 times to ordinary steel.
