It features varied yarn densities such as 13x12/cm, 14.5x14.5/cm, and 15x13/cm, with trellis sizes of 1cm x 1cm or 1.6 x 1.6cm. In the creation of our fiberglass cloth, paraffin is initially applied to fiberglass yarn as a lubricating agent for smooth weaving. However, for applications requiring further coating, such as with neoprene or silicone rubber, we employ a high sintering process to efficiently dewax the cloth, ensuring optimal adhesion. The finalized product showcases a distinguished golden color and features an area weight ranging from 48g/m2 to 1000g/m2.

12. Fiberglass Mica Fabric
Fashioned from delicate roving of 6tex, 12tex, or 22tex, our fiberglass mica fabric is renowned for its excellent electrical insulation, remarkable tensile strength, and compatibility with resin.
