During the weaving process of our fiberglass cloth, paraffin is used as a lubricant to ensure smoothness. However, for applications requiring neoprene or silicone rubber coating, paraffin can hinder adhesion. Our high-sintering dewaxing process addresses this, resulting in a golden-colored cloth with area weights from 48g/m2 to 1000g/m2, ready for unrivaled adhesion.

12. Fiberglass Mica Fabric
Formed from thin rovings of 6tex, 12tex, or 22tex, our Fiberglass Mica Fabric excels in providing superior electrical insulation and high tensile strength. Its excellent compatibility with resin makes it the ideal basic fabric for insulation wax cloth and electrical insulation applications, with a finish as delicately thin as cicada wings.
