1. Plain fiberglass fabric
We have 250 pcs rapier looms which produce 80~260g/m2 plain fiberglass fabric, such as 85g/m2, 100g/m2, 135g/m2, 160g/m2, 180g/m2, 200g/m2, etc. And 100g/m2 fabric is available any time.
The plain fiberglass fabric woven by fiberglass yarn. Normal items available are 3731 (310g/m2), 3732 (410g/m2), 500g/m2, 600g/m2 and 600~1500g/m2. For these high weight fabrics we need to use reinforced rapier looms. We have produced high weight fiberglass fabrics such as 800g/m2, 100g/m2 and 1500g/m2. Looking forward to your inquiry.

2. Broken twill fiberglass cloth
This broken twill fiberglass cloth is made of fiberglass yarn and weaved in broken twill way, and roll size 1m x 100m~300m. It is base cloth of coated fiberglass cloth and fire blanket. Broken twill fiberglass fabrics like 3731 (300g/m2) and 3732 (400g/m2) are basic fiberglass cloths.

3. Twill fiberglass cloth
It is made of fiberglass yarn, yarn density 11x5/cm, 14x13/cm, 17x13/cm, 16x12/cm, 16x18/cm, and area weight 160g/m2, 210g/m2, 310g/m2, 400g/m2, 620g/m2, 1000g/m2, etc. Roll width ranges from 1m to 1.3m and roll length from 100m to 300m. Here attached are pictures of twill fiberglass cloths we exported in past years.

4. Satin fiberglass fabric
Satin fiberglass fabric is weaved by weaving machine which has harness frame. This kind of fabric has very good tensile strength in different directions. 5. Zigzag fiberglass cloth
This fiberglass cloth with zigzag pattern is woven by rapier loom. Attached is 210g/m2 zigzag fiberglass exported to Korea. Area weight ranges from 200g/m2 to 600g/m2 available.

6. Checked Fiberglass Cloth
This trellis design fiberglass cloth is woven in very special way, of which area weight is 500g/m2, 600g/m2 and 800g/m2. It has different yarn densities such as 13x12/cm, 14.5x14.5/cm, 15x13/cm, and trellis size 1cm x 1cm or 1.6 x 1.6cm. The finished roll size is 1m x 100m. This cloth is base cloth for dyeing vestee and coated fabrics.

7. Brass wire reinforced fiberglass cloth
As per the requirement from our Germany's client, our twist fiberglass yarn with 8um brass wire as warp yarn, and then make weaving. The picture showed is brass wire reinforced fiberglass fabric, 270g/m2, 7x7/cm, 1m x 100m/roll, which is used in the high abrasive resistant laminated sheets as reinforcement and abrasive resistant layer. It is the basic material for special coating.

8. Steel Wire Reinforced Fiberglass Cloth
This is fiberglass yarn combined with SUS304 stainless steel wire and then weave together to get this steel wire reinforced fiberglass cloth. Product in this picture is 1050g/m2 steel wire reinforced glass cloth, of which yarn density is 7x4/cm. Roll size 1mx100m. Besides, we also have 950g/m2 cloth, 1mx100m/roll, breaking strength over 3300N/25mm, and 1100g/m2 cloth, 1mx100m/roll, of which breaking strength more than 3500N/25mm. It can be used in fire proof and reinforcement, or as base cloth of high tensile strength silicone coated glass cloth.

9. Bulky yarn fiberglass cloth
This bulky yarn fiberglass cloth is made of high-pressure puffed glass yarn. With soft, bulky, low density, high strength, excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance and good thermal insulation, it can be used as filter medium and fireproof cloth. And also as heat resistant wrapping layer for the production of heaters, freezers, shipbuilding and aerospace vehicles.

10. Dyed fiberglass fabric
Based on plain, twill or satin fiberglass fabric and texturized fiberglass fabric of area weight from 18g/m2 to 1000g/m2, we can make dyeing process on them by choosing different colorant and flame retardant agent. Enclosed some pictures for reference.
The normal one is fire-proof black fabric, which was ever exported to Italy and Singapore. The specification is as follows: 
120g/m2, yarn density 12*11.5/cm, width 1.22m, delivery by roll.
160g/m2, yarn density 16*12/cm, width 1.22m, delivery by roll.
200g/m2, yarn density 16*13/cm or 10*10/cm, width 1.22m, delivery by roll.

11. Dewaxed fiberglass cloth
When we weave fiberglass cloth, we put paraffin in fiberglass yarn as lubricant agent to make it smooth. But if we want to coat something like neoprene or silicone rubber on cloth, the paraffin will affect the adhesion. To solve this problem, we treat the cloth with high sintering process to dewax it. The finished cloth is in golden color and area weight ranges from 48g/m2 to 1000g/m2.

12. Fiberglass Mica Fabric
It is made by thin roving of 6tex, 12tex or 22tex. With properties of good electricity insulation, high tensile strength, and good compatible with resin, it is used as basic fabric in insulation wax cloth and eletricity insulation fabric. The finished product is thin as cicada's wings.
