Application of Aluminum Foil Composite Fabric:
1.Smoke-blocking walls, fire curtains, fire-resistant suits, fire blankets, welding blankets, fire and smoke-blocking curtains, fire blankets.
2. It is used for manufacturing various fireproof, heat-insulating clothing and protective equipment such as fire-fighting suits, labor protection suits, and heat insulation suits.
3. Various insulation and sealing for furnace backings, as well as pipeline systems, and thermal equipment coating and insulation.
4. Primarily used as insulation materials for hot and cold equipment pipelines, sound insulation materials for buildings, outer sheaths for rock wool and ultra-fine glass wool, providing fire resistance, corrosion prevention, heat insulation and sound absorption functions.
5. Suitable for packaging equipment for export, including moisture-proof, fog-proof, fire-proof and anti-corrosion materials.
6. Primarily used for the protective coating of chemical equipment such as oil pipelines and steam pipelines, it serves the functions of fire resistance, corrosion prevention and heat insulation.
7. Used for roof insulation.

The aluminum foil composite fabric has the following characteristics:
Direct hot-pressing bonding eliminates the need for bonding adhesives, thereby reducing the cost of veneer bonding.
The water vapor permeability is lower, which further enhances the water vapor barrier effect: The heat-sealed polyethylene layer in the middle of the glass fiber cloth and aluminum foil is thicker than that of ordinary facing materials. The water vapor permeability is even lower, thus achieving a better water vapor barrier effect, and reliably protecting insulation materials such as glass wool.
Better tensile strength and more pliable surface: Glass fiber cloth aluminum foil has higher mechanical strength than reinforced aluminum foil and is more suitable for online bonding in glass wool factories, rock wool factories, and mineral wool factories.
The surface is more smooth, reducing the probability of damage to the aluminum foil surface: The glass fiber cloth aluminum foil has a fine fabric and a thick polyethylene layer. The surface is smoother, and the aluminum foil surface is less prone to friction damage, thus better achieving the water vapor barrier function.
