Product description of Expanded glass fiber cloth 
The expanded yarn glass fiber fabric is made by processing high-temperature-resistant and high-strength glass fiber yarn through expansion treatment and then through special processing techniques.
The glass fiber expanded fabric is a new type of fabric developed on the basis of continuous glass fiber flat-width filter fabric.
The difference from continuous glass fiber filter fabric lies in that the weft yarn is composed of all or part of expanded yarn.
Due to the fluffy nature of the yarn and its strong covering ability, good air permeability,
it can improve the filtration efficiency, reduce the filtration resistance, and has high dust removal efficiency, reaching over 99.5%. The filtration speed is between 0.6 and 0.8 meters per minute. The expanded yarn glass fiber fabric is mainly used for high-temperature atmospheric dust removal and the recovery of valuable industrial dust. For example: cement, carbon black, steel, metallurgy, lime kiln, thermal power generation and coal-fired industries.

Product characteristics of expanded glass fiber cloth: 

It is applicable within the temperature range of -70ºC to 600ºC, and can withstand instantaneous high temperatures. 
Resistant to ozone, oxygen, light and climatic aging. 
High strength, high modulus, low shrinkage, no deformation. 
Non-combustibility. Excellent heat insulation and preservation performance. 
Even when the temperature exceeds the working temperature,
it still retains a certain residual strength. 
Corrosion-resistant.


The main applications of expanded glass fiber cloth: 

The expanded filament glass fiber cloth, with its outstanding various properties, is widely used in industries such as steel, power, metallurgy, chemical engineering, environmental protection, and cement.
It is suitable for enhancing materials with high requirements for personal safety protection and mechanical performance, such as: soft connections for power generation units, boilers and chimneys, insulation for engine compartments, and the production of fireproof curtains. 
Used for pipe compensation in exhaust, ventilation, air exchange, smoke and dust removal, and waste gas treatment systems; various coating base fabrics; boiler insulation; pipe wrapping, etc.
